Q: How do I book a course?

A: Simply click on the course category above, select your preferred date then add to cart and complete checkout. You'll receive instant confirmation via email with joining instructions.

Q: What should I bring to the course?

A: Just yourself and a willingness to learn! All training materials, equipment, and refreshments are provided. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for practical exercises.

Q: Are the courses HSE/HSENI compliant?

A: Yes, all our courses are fully regulated and meet HSE (Health and Safety Executive) and HSENI (Health and Safety Executive Northern Ireland) standards. Our qualifications are nationally recognised and accepted by employers across the UK and Ireland.

Q: How long are the certifications valid?

A: Each Course is slightly differrent but here are our most popular.

- First Aid at Work: 3 years
- FREC 3: 3 years
- FREC 4: 3 years
- Paediatric First Aid: 3 years

You'll need to complete a requalification course before your certificate expires to maintain your qualification.

Q: Do you offer group bookings or in-house training?

A: Absolutely! We offer discounted rates for group bookings of 6+ people and can deliver courses at your workplace. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your organisation's needs.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

A: We understand plans change. You can reschedule to any future date free of charge up to 7 days before your course. Full refunds are available if you cancel 14+ days in advance. Please see our full terms and conditions for details.

Q: Are your instructors qualified?

A: All our instructors are experienced frontline paramedics working on our operational ambulances. They bring real-world emergency care experience to every course, not just textbook theory. All are Qualsafe-approved trainers.

Q: Will I receive a certificate on the day?

A: Yes?????

Upon successful completion of your course, you'll receive your certificate on the same day. Digital certificates are also emailed within 24 hours for your records.
