Meet the Leadership Team
David Brophy
Managing Director
David Brophy, has over 30 years experience working within the ambulance sector and has worked closely in an advisory capacity to both NHS and Independent Ambulance Services in the UK and the ROI, as well as for a number of States in India.
David began his business career in Commercial Banking for UK and European Banks, specialising latterly in lending to the Healthcare Sector, and as such brings significant experience to Proparamedics from a financial, business planning and health application perspective. He took up the reins as MD of ProParamedics in September 2025 and looks forward to the next chapter of growth for the business here.
