Q: What positions does Pro Paramedics recruit for?

A: We recruit for Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Event Medics, First Aid Trainers, and Patient Transport drivers. We also welcome speculative applications if you don’t see a current vacancy.

Q: What qualifications do I need to apply?

A: It depends on the role — Paramedic roles require HCPC registration, EMT roles require an IHCD or equivalent qualification, and First Aid Trainer roles require an assessor qualification. Full details are listed in each job posting.

Q: Do I need a full driving licence?

A: Yes, a full clean UK driving licence is required for most clinical and patient transport roles.

Q: Is work full-time or part-time?

A: We offer both full-time and part-time positions depending on operational needs. Flexible and bank/casual shifts are also available.

Q: Where are roles based?

A: Our operations are based across Northern Ireland, with our headquarters in Belfast.

Q: How long does the recruitment process take?
