A: Most certificates are valid for one year or for three years, depending on the course. Although some courses recommend annual refresher training if they are valid for more than one year. Specific validity periods are confirmed before booking.

We also have new virtual reality technology for a unique experience on some courses.  This can be added to any course if you would like this as part of your course.

A: Yes. Assessment methods vary by course and awarding body and may include:

Full joining instructions are provided before the course. You can also bring any food and drinks you like although tea, coffee, water and light refreshments are offered on every course and 1 day or more courses has lunch provided.

Q: Can you support learners with additional needs?

A: Yes. ProParamedics is committed to inclusive training. Reasonable adjustments can be made where required—please let us know at the time of booking. We can cater to a range of needs, just get in contact and we can discuss for you.

Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A: Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary depending on the course and booking type. Full terms are provided at the time of booking. Should circumstance mean that an attendee needs to cancel, transfer or change the date of their course then the following charges will apply:

  • More than 4 weeks’ notice prior to the date of the course- no penalty occurs.  Course cost can be refunded or monies transferred to the next available course.
  • 2-4 weeks prior to the date of the course- 50% of course fee paid will be refunded.  50% will be retained by ProParamedics.  You may transfer to another course, but it is 100% nonrefundable.
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the course- 100% of course fee paid will be retained by ProParamedics and monies received will not be transferrable to another course
Q: Can I change my course date?

A: Where possible, we will accommodate date changes subject to availability and our terms and conditions. We always try our best to transfer you to another course.

Q: Do you provide refresher training?

A: Yes. We offer refresher and requalification training to help individuals and organisations remain compliant and confident. Training such as our annual Basic Life Support BLS helps to keep you qualifications valid.
